Purpose of Job: • To provide technical support to the line in water treatment process, mechanical rotating and static equipment, civil and infrastructure assets in HP areas to ensure assets and equipment are operated to maximum availability and reliability. • To support in the development of asset maintenance strategies. Principle Accountabilities: • Responsible for forecasting, planning and meeting long-term growth demand of power in Hydrocarbon Processing facilities. Commercial, financial and HSE risk and economic analysis of major equipment in terms of their life cycle operating cost, reliability and HSE risk to people and environment. • Plant equipment reliability and availability analysis. • Develop and review maintenance job routine in line with present day’s trends and technology. • To ensure all equipment are maintained within cost, time and resource guidelines. • Assist in project package review and commissioning and in preparing contract (technical) documentation and evaluation. • To train and develop subordinates in the field of Civil, Mechanical and static equipment in line with the Company maintenance philosophies and coach staff in acquiring the required job competency assessment standard • Leading role in HSE visits, audits and incident investigation. • ISO14001; Implement action plans plus contributes to continuous improvements. • Mentoring & developing young Bruneian staff will be an integral part of the job. | ||
| Skills | Skill/Competence: • Experienced in providing relevant quality maintenance assessments. • Experienced in managing multi-cultural team. • Experienced in plant inspection and maintenance. • Experienced in staff competence assessment standard. Minimum Qualifications and experience required: • BSc or equivalent in Mechanical or Civil or Plant Engineering. • Minimum of 5 years working experience • Chartered Engineer and membership of the Institute of Mechanical/Civil/Plant Engineers or other approved professional body. | ||
