| Description | The Pluto LNG project is and integral part of Woodside’s goal to become a global leader in LNG production by 2015. With construction well underway, we are seeking two high performing Civil Project Engineers with site construction experience to join the Pluto team in Karratha. Our developments employ talented people, pioneering technologies and world class practices as part of our sustainable future, Why not be part of it? Located on site at the location of the new Burrup LNG Park, these roles will suit someone ready for higher level of responsibility and ownership. Ideally, your experience will have been gained in civil construction and site prep roles for complex Hydrocarbon or heavy industry projects (or similar with complex underground services requirements). A strong sense of the practical and / or some time spent as a Civil Superintendent will set you in good stead for one of these career building, high profile roles. One of these roles will be required to work a short period of time (circa 6 months) on night shift – the other will be permanent day shift. | ||
| Skills | Hands on experience to site preparation, temporary facilities, underground services, utilities, civil foundations, buildings, painting, fire proofing and insulation is likely to be part of your background. In addition, management of site in absence of the lead construction manager or a Site Superintendent is experience that will be valued highly. In addition, understanding of project management software, experience in projects with a confined footprint, combined with relevant tertiary qualifications (or equivalent industry experience) will be advantageous.
