| Skills | Should have proven experience in handling large scale technical recruitment should be well versed with best practices in recruitment, should be able to manage a team of recruiters and work under tight deadlines. Must have proven experience in handling Oil and Gas related recruitment and conducting competence based interviews. Should possess excellent skills in spoken and written English, should be at least a Graduate in Human Resources or Psychology or relevant subject with relevant experience of at least 8-10 years, Experience in the GCC would be an added advantage. | ||
