Description The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring the Groups salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining staff.

Researching and analyzing market trends in salary rates and benefits, undertaking job evaluations, identifying and determining compensation issues and making recommendations for improvement and developing policies and competitive benefit packages would be some of the key tasks for this position.
SkillsShould possess excellent skills in Business Intelligence, Report writing, use of MS-Excel and other data analysis packages.

Should be at least a Graduate in HR, Finance, Economics, Management or related field, with a relevant experience of 6-8 years with competent analytical and influencing skills and an expertise in preparing reports and recommendations.

Oil & Gas and Mining Industry experience in GCC Countries would be an added advantage.
