| Description | The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring and managing the HR functions of the groups businesses outside Oman which is spread over more than 13 Countries. Ensure that the Groups HR philosophy is embedded in the local policies and general wage and benefits policies are administered in all the Countries. | ||
| Skills | Should be able to establish and monitor localized HR setups in each country of Operations in liaison with the local country head. Should spearhead the whole HR team and shall be instrumental in implementation of best HR Practices in such Companies. Should have multi Country HR Management experience and be prepared to travel extensively. Should have excellent skills in spoken and written English. Should be at least a Graduate in Human Resources or Psychology or related subject with 8-10 years of relevant experience. Regional experience in GCC and Oil & Gas and Mining Industry experience would be an added advantage. | ||
