Ecofys Energy and Climate Strategies is currently looking for a (Junior) consultant renewable energy policies. The position: Ecofys performs a wide range of research and consultancy assignments renewable energy strategies and policies. With a new European Renewable Electricity Directive in preparation, it is expected that renewable energy deployment will be boosted. A careful design of policy support instruments is hence very important. Ecofys performs ex-ante and ex-post policy evaluations and is pro-actively involved in the policymaking process. With Ecofys being an international company, we have good access to relevant information around the world. With Ecofys being part of the Econcern group, we have an excellent understanding of the effectiveness of policy instruments in real life. As a (junior) consultant renewable energy policies you will support companies and governments to implement or react to renewable energy policies, strategies and technologies. Starting as a junior, you will grow towards a medior position, leading projects independently. | ||
| Skills | Your profile: Our ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with interest in sustainable energy solutions. You have a university degree in natural science, technology or environmental sciences and proven experience in the field of climate change and/or renewable energy policies. You are a teamplayer; you have a practical and commercial attitude and excellent communication skills. You are used to working in projects and meeting tight deadlines in terms of time and budget. You have a good knowledge and command of the English language.
