DescriptionDuties/Responsibilities: -Develop potential joint venture business opportunities in the refining and marketing industry across the world. -Identify refining and marketing acquisition opportunities. -Evaluate a company's existing assets, products slate, using differing approaches such as transaction comparison, public market comparable, and discounted cash flows. -Evaluate the technical aspects and economics of refinery projects and upgrades. -Develop and negotiate long-term strategies for acquisitions. -integrate production, supply and marketing issues into commercial analysis. -Analyze and interpret contracts of the international crude, product and oil freight. -Develop domestic product distribution and marketing wholesale and retail outlets.
SkillsMinimum Requirements: Education: Bachelor Degree in business, Engineering or Marketing in addition to Masters in Business administration Experience: 15 Years in downstream oil industry, particularly refining, marketing, retailing, and branding. A general knowledge of joint venture development, business acquisition analysis and refined products distribution is preferable.
