| Description | Job Specification: • Ensure all bonds, insurances, guarantees and the like are delivered and maintained as required on project. • Review, process, control & maintain contract file documentation, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of highly sensitive information. • Analysis of formal correspondence from Client. • Preparation of formal correspondence to Client. • Scope change evaluation in conjunction with Project Controls Team, risk evaluation and mitigation. • Review, recommend and negotiate contract terms interpretations. • Review, recommend and negotiate change order/variation resolution, providing support and information to the PMT in respect of pricing and schedule implications, maintaining appropriate logs. • Monitor potential claims & assist or take lead in claims negotiations as determined by PMT. • Conduct routine contract management meetings with PMT and Client. • Close out, negotiation of final change orders and invoicing. • Sub-contract commercial negotiation as required. | ||
| Skills | Person Specification: 10 years relevant experience in contract/commercial administration and management. Available to locate to site location – ASAB, Abu Dhabi. Qualifications and Experience Required:, The Contracts Manager must be experienced in contracting activities on large EPC projects, providing post award contract management support on site at ASAB. | ||
