| Description | Main Job Function: • Support Subsidiary in the implementation of E&P Division HSE Directive and Standards; • Support Subsidiary in developing/adopting risk assessment methodologies and processes; • Assistance for developing EIA and environmental surveys; • Provision of HSE support to line functions (drilling, exploration) • Support the promotion/organization of risk awareness training sessions, workshops and brainstorming sessions; • Collect HSE data and support the preparation of the Subsidiary HSE Report; • Monitor, interpret and assist complying with technical norms related to risk management (e.g. area classification, pressure equipment, explosion proof installations etc.). Key Responsibility Areas: • Giving advice and guidance to involved departments regarding best practicable HSE options, risk reduction methods and methods for reducing risks to a level which is as low as practicable; • Support in preparation of budgets for application of Subsidiary HSE activities.; • Apply risk-based tools for investigation of accidents; • Support in defining and evaluating significance of risk scenarios for emergency planning; • Develop training and awareness sessions on risk management, both at HQ and in Subsidiaries; • Participate in emergency call out. | ||
