DescriptionMain Job Function:
• To build reservoir models and carry out simulations to evaluate the possible development scenarios and associated reserve profiles, ensuring the reliability of data and calculations.
• To define and optimize the data required for Reservoir Engineering studies, validating the data collected and the relevant laboratory analyses results.
• To design and analize production/injection tests.
• To support and collaborate with Reservoir and Petroleum Teams in the definition of the data collection/analysis and in the optimization of the development/production scenarios.

Key Responsibility Areas:
• To elaborate Reservoir Engineering Models, by means of software programs, in order to estimate reserves and production profiles, ensuring the reliability of the calculations.
• To optimize the 3D model reducing the simulation time and ensuring the reliability of the results.
• To carry out specific detailed simulation studies to optimize well production/design or to investigate critical aspects related to fluid movements.
• To define and validate the 3D model input data.
• To perform Reservoir Engineering analytical study to understand the fluid flow characteristics in the reservoir.
• To analyze and validate all Reservoir Engineering data.
• To design and analyze production/injection tests.
• To cooperate with Reservoir Geologist and Petroleum Engineers in the construction of integrated 3D Reservoir Simulation Models honouring all available measured data.
SkillsCandidate Specifications:
• MSc. in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent
• Petroleum industry experience
• Good technical and analytical skills
• Effective communication and reporting
• Able to work effectively within a multinational, multidisciplinary working team
• Availability for possible oversea assignement
• Fluency in English
