| Description | Main Job Function: • To manage projects and project services including project planning and scheduling, budgeting, cost management and accounting, ITC services management and document management thus assisting project team members carrying out their specific activities efficiently and effectively according to cost and time targets. Assessing proper implementation of value and risk management process. Key Responsibility Areas: • Project documentation and procedures quality. • Project master schedule accuracy and updating. • Budget accuracy and updating. • Overall quality of project cost estimates. • Cost control efficiency. • Overall quality of OPDS & DSPs. • Risk identification, assessment and management. • Defining project document procedures for his/her competencies (planning, progress measurement, cost control, cost estimates, document management). • Producing Project Report assembling and checking the quality of project documents. • Supporting the Development Project Manager defining project documentation such as PDP, PEP, Value Assurance documentation. • Coordinating a specialized team of project service engineers planning and scheduling project activities, monitoring project progress, producing cost estimates, controlling costs, preparing project budget, managing project risks and providing ITC services. | ||
| Skills | Candidate Specifications: • University degree (engineering or economics preferred) • Management skills advanced course • Project management advanced course • Petroleum Engineering (preferred) • Fluent knowledge of English • Intermediate knowledge of the local language preferred • Oil & Gas Industry experience • Direct project service experience | ||
