In support of its broad-based growth objectives, a Project Management Office has been established as a centre of excellence to provide governance, technical support and systems and services support to various major project teams. The formation of this office has created a vacancy for a Team Leader Facilities Development to be based in Adelaide. Reporting to the Manager Project Management Office, you will lead a team of high end multidisciplined facilities engineers to identify, screen and develop opportunities to improve capacity and efficiency or reduce the operating risk of Santos assets, including in the Cooper Basin.. In addition, your team will provide ongoing facilities engineering support to capital projects across Santos through the FEED, detailed design, execution, construction and commissioning phases. | ||
| Skills | Tertiary qualified in chemical engineering, you will have extensive hydrocarbon industry experience, strong technical expertise in process engineering and proven leadership skills. Experience with design and operation of process facilities in the oil and gas industry is essential. | ||
