Description Basic purpose:

This position is responsible for the HR and the general administrative function for business interests of the Company in Russia and Caspian Region.

Responsibilities:
• Provide HR Support for employees in the Russia & Caspian region
• Provide HR coordination/support for various secondment agreements in the region
• Lead workforce planning for the region, conduct strategic consulting with the business
• Develop and implement local policies for expatriate staff and local employees in Russia and Caspian locations
• Oversee administration of Moscow office, employees events, company cars and drivers, travel
• Support new office start ups as appropriate
Skills• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business
• 10+ years of increasing responsibility in HR
• Skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other software applications
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Russian and English
• Business acumen, international company experience and expatriate management experience
• Broad HR technical expertise and system knowledge
• Ability to manage demands of diverse geographic region
• Must be able to manage a number of general areas outside of core HR function
