DescriptionA successful operator in the oilfield services industry and a division of a multi-billion dollar US based corporation, wishes to appoint HR Executive based in Abu Dhabi for its Middle East operation.

Duties:
1 Monitor & maintain employees’ HR records: leave, benefits, entitlements.
2 Accurately creating, updating and maintaining personnel files.
3 Monthly Payroll preparation: includes new hire entries, any salary/benefits adjustments, produce pay slips, preparing pay related reports to facilitate the payment.
4 Hotel / travel booking, accommodation arrangements for Senior Managers.
5 Communication
6 Monthly Reports preparation: head count & changes, accrual, Gross salary, and staff basic data.
7 Prepare employee related correspondence as approved.
8 Prepare/update organization chart.
9 Data entry to maintain employee database in SAP.
10 Assist in recruitment, selection and mobilization activities: this will include preparing personnel requisition, advertising vacancies, coordinate in CV shortlist, arranging interviews, LOU preparation and visa coordination with the PRO.
11 Assist in staff training & workshop requirements.
12 Complete all formalities as per the UAE Labour law on Termination of employment (resignation acceptance, Release & Waiver letters and Clearance form).
13 Monitor employees’ confirmation, appraisals yearly increment.
14 Enroll/update and yearly renewal of all staff and family members in the Life and Medical insurance coverage. Employees’ Claim submission (and follow up for payment only if employee fails to). Verify premium cycle billing.
15 Support with Office equipment requirements/maintenance.
16 Contracts management: temporary/contracted staff, vehicle lease, office equipment and accommodation.
17 Track employees’ years of service for placing service award in coordination with the employees.
18 Assist in staff entertainment activities: family day, festival dinners.
19 Understand Labour laws in the UAE and other Middle East bases.
20 Must possess qualities with pleasing mannerism, good planning, interpersonal and organizational skills.
21 Assist in preparation of Policies and Procedures development, Compensation & benefits, Succession plans, Training & Development, promotions & transfers.
SkillsMinimum of 4 years experience, preferably with multinational environment.

Presentable and clear in communication.

Excellent knowledge of English both written and verbal.
