| Description | 1. To plan, develop and implement strategies for industrial Maintenance / Facilities Management operations. 2. To assist Business Development and Marketing efforts using his global network of contacts and industry knowledge. 3. To ensure operations meet requirements of Quality, Heath & Safety and Environmental policies. 4. To create an environment that fosters the growth and development of people at all levels, especially the development of future leaders. 5. Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary operational development theory & methods in Industrial / Facilities Management. 6. To enhance the forces that create excellence, respect of Customers, success of people and maximise return for the Company and the Customer. | ||
| Skills | 1. A Bachelors Degree in Engineering (any discipline) or a Degree in Building Services or any equivalent degree of European Universities. 2. Management professional in his fifties having at total of 20 to 30 Years of experience out of which 10 years in executive position with leading FM, Industrial maintenance providers. He has extensive knowledge of Project Management, Proposals, Business Development, Customer Relations, Project Controls, and Procurement. 3. Experienced, self motivated person who is working in profit making Industrial / Facility Management organizations. 4. Strategic thinker capable to promote, develop and deliver effective solutions. 5. Ability to evaluate commercial documents and relevant risks. 6. Strong leadership and people management skills; ability to delegate effectively in order to successfully lead large multi-functional teams. | ||
