DescriptionSuccessful candidates will work within Project Teams to design marine pipelines and related facilities at the conceptual study. FEED and detailed design phases worldwide for INTEC’s various clients in the offshore oil and gas industry. Work will include wall thickness determination, span analysis, stability analysis, cathodic protection, route selection, buckling and collapse analysis, installation analysis, development of specifications and scopes of work and other related marine pipeline design activities. Interfaces with project management, riser and Subsea engineering disciplines, surveyors, procurement and construction management personnel.
SkillsPreferred requirements are: BS/MS in Civil, Mechanical or Offshore Engineering, experience in shallow and deepwater pipelines, shore approaches and Arctic areas are of significant interest, strong analytical skills and research ability, excellent computer and math skills, ability to work with employees at all levels within Company, excellent communications, skills, including the ability to liaise with clients effectively at all levels, willing/able to travel internationally. Minimum 4 years experience.
