| Description | A Reputed Offshore Services Group which operates a fleet of offshore support vessels providing marine solutions to the offshore oil and gas industry is on the look out for a HR & Crewing Manager for their operations in Dubai. The HR & Crewing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a cost – effective strategy for Recruitment, Retention & Training of competent personnel that retains high performers and enables the efficient working of offices and safe operations of vessels, at a Group Level. It would also involve development, coordination and implementation of an overall business focussed HR Strategy along with developing & implementing organisation structures along with the strategy & policy planning of the three offshore vessel divisions. The role also involves overseeing the regional HR & crewing teams in order to ensure that the group policies are adhered to and providing them with the necessary support and information and strategic direction. The position would ultimately be responsible for the full range of HR activities, ranging from Employee relations, recruitment, communications, training & organizational development through to exit and termination while at the same time having improved employee turnover rates and motivation through clear and concise communication channels. | ||
| Skills | • In possession of a formal HR Qualification. • 12 -15 years of Shipping Industry experience in Recruitment & Training. • Familiar with International Marine / Labour laws & regulations. •Strong Leadership capabilities. For above position the ability to communicate across varied cultural backgrounds and work as part of a team is essential. | ||
