| Description | Welltec® is the world’s leading provider of robotic intervention solutions for oil and gas wells and we are experiencing a rapid, continued growth. To date, we have opened 35 offices in 19 countries across the world in order to respond to the demand for our services. To sustain this development, we are looking for a General Manager with a proven record of business development for our newly established facilities in Moscow. Responsibilities: You will be responsible for all of the sales and marketing, including operational management and associated administrative functions. Your focus will be to develop Welltec’s business and strengthening our geographical footprint in Russia. The position is located in Moscow but you must expect travelling to other parts of Russia. Main tasks will be: • Strategic decisions and the relations with customers • Sales and marketing of Welltec’s services • Building a profitable operation and maintenance of P&L functions • Developing a trained staff of Field Engineers and managing operations • Implementing and maintaining a recognized QHSE structure • Initiating internal communications with appropriate Welltec personnel on job opportunities • Participating in job planning, pricing and client service review • Assisting VP in strategic planning, including competitive response, target client seminars, trade shows, client visits to HQ, demonstration of new technologies, advertising, etc | ||
| Skills | Qualifications: The ideal candidate has managerial experience from a service company, preferably with a wireline and/or completions background, or will have a technical background enabling quick comprehension of our area of business. Furthermore you should be: • Experienced in CRM and business negotiation • Self-driven and ambitious • Fluent in English and Russian, both spoken and writing | ||
