Description An International Oil & Gas Company in Lagos, Nigeria is currently recruiting a QA/QC Advisor/Manager for its Integrated Facilities Upgrade Project offshore Nigeria.

The Project includes Gas Compression and Export Facility, Water Injection Facilities, new wellhead platforms and modifications to a number of existing production and wellhead platforms, together with all associated pipelines.

Job Description
Establish and manage the internal audit programme to verify implementation of and compliance with the QMS. Identify non-compliance, process breakdown, risk or opportunities for improvement and ensure appropriate action is taken to address the issues identified.

Perform Quality System Audits of suppliers. Track and maintain a reporting system on performance of service company equipment and personnel.

Maintain an operational status system which details status of equipment being prepared for shipment.

Coordinate and/or perform quality inspections and reviews of documentation on critical equipment

Review and identify where quality requirements can be added and/or amended to existing contracts. Participate in contract tendering process to clarify specification requirements.

Implement the Quality Management Systems in compliance with the Quality Policy, Quality Assurance Manual and applicable National / International Standards.

Coordinate the Management Review of the QMS and provide recommendations, feedback and analysis on business performance based on established metrics.

Able to define, implement and manage change management process and interface management process.

Apply risk management techniques to identify control and mitigate risk to people, product, service or environment.

Assists the Project Management Team in defining its QA/QC resource requirements with respect to EPIC, ITP, welding procedure, quality related programs, NDT result and NCRs.

Identifies co-ordinates and manage offshore deployed QA/QC personnel assigned to the project team.
SkillsRequired Competency:
• Minimum 15 years experience in Exploration and Production Operations
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferably Engineering
• Unquestionable ethics
• Analytical abilities
• Good team building skills
• Excellent communications, interpersonal and influencing skills at all levels
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
Remarks 6:2 weeks rotation
