Description This position is with a Service Company and the company is providing advanced geochemical exploration technologies for finding oil, gas and mineral deposits.

Job Responsibilities:
♦ Calling on major customers in the Oil, Gas and Mineral Exploration Industry and the Environmental Engineering Services Industry. These accounts include end users ofgeochemical exploration field and laboratory services, environment field and laboratory
services, including small to large oil and gas companies, mineral exploration companies,exploration consultants, and environmental engineering firms.
♦ Product presentations to prospective clients, end users and engineering firms.
♦ Developing relationships in all levels of client organizations, including procurement,engineering, project planning, management.
♦ Penetrating existing accounts as well as developing new accounts in the industry in order to meet sales goals as set forth by management.
♦ Accurate and timely reporting of calling efforts to management. Assist in developing sales plans and strategies to penetrate markets and accounts.
♦ Approximately 20-40% Travel required.

Skills Qualifications and Sales Experience:

Education:
♦ BS or higher degree from accredited university preferably in geochemistry, geology,engineering or other related technical/science discipline, or equivalent experience.
♦ 3 – 5 years minimum outside sales experience preferably in the oil and gas exploration and environmental service industry.
♦ Professional appearance and demonstrated selling skill success in the O&G and Environmental industries.
♦ Contacts and knowledge of prospecting for new contacts and projects, developing complex quotations and closing sales.
♦ A willingness to continue personal growth through various industry and sales training programs or material provided by the company.
♦ Membership and networking in various related organizations a plus.

Capabilities:
♦ Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills.
♦ Computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office.
♦ Analytical ability to evaluate project specifications and customer inquiries.
♦ Develop marketing materials, brochures, booth and display design.
♦ Prepare monthly summary reports on account activity and maintain project tracking, as well as day-to-day customer/contact.
