| Description | Singapore Petroleum Company Limited (SPC) is an integrated oil and gas company boasting business activities which include oil and gas exploration and production, gas pipelines, refining, terminalling and distribution, marketing, trading and sale of refined products. Initially to be an office-based role in Singapore and offshore duties when seismic and drilling activities commences. • Support, organize and work with business unit teams in the development and execution of project plans, budgets and estimates. • Establish, review and update best-in-class procurement policies and procedures while ensuring alignment with corporate policies and procedures. • Plan and ensure timely execution of all procurement, contracting and logistics including budgeting. • Lead the Procurement & Contracts team and to undertake all purchases of good and services required by the Exploration & Production Team. | ||
| Skills | Degree in Engineering with at least 5 years in a lead role in contracts & procurement preferably in a similar industry. Must have excellent communication skills and able to work with all levels of staff and nationalities. The above position will be based in Singapore and overseas travel on short notice is to be expected. | ||
