| Description | Singapore Petroleum Company Limited (SPC) is an integrated oil and gas company boasting business activities which include oil and gas exploration and production, gas pipelines, refining, terminalling and distribution, marketing, trading and sale of refined products. Reporting to the Vice-President, Exploration & Production:- • Responsible for conducting operated oil and gas production, monitoring non-operated oil and gas production, and oversee facilities, contracts and procurement in support of such production. Also for conducting oil and gas operations within the corporate and host authority framework giving first priority to HSE and regulatory compliance, followed by efficiency and profitability. • Knowledge of production monitoring and maintenance, completion design, production logging, well test design and analysis, coiled tubing and workover operations, wellheads and well servicing, electric and slick line operations, and well control. • Extensive knowledge in design and construction of both onshore and offshore oil and gas production and processing facilities as well as involvement with simulation and re-completion techniques in high water cut reservoirs. Preferably, with knowledge of secondary and tertiary recovery techniques and technology in both clastic and carbonate reservoirs. • Lead and participate on multi-disciplinary teams, provide technical advice and guidance, and mentor/train younger engineers. Perform in-depth technical and engineering studies, write guidelines and policy documents, and initiate proposals to increase overall production efficiency and profitability. | ||
| Skills | Candidate must have a degree in Petroleum Engineering with at least 5 to 8 years of experience in oil and gas production and operations. | ||
