| Description | As Australia’s largest LNG producer, Woodside is playing a significant role in meeting the worlds growing energy needs. As our business grows so do does our need for key talent. Woodside Energy Ltd contracts and manages the operation of drilling rigs to conduct the Company’s various work programs. The Well Site Manager is Woodside’s senior rig site representative. The purpose of this role is to supervise rig site operations to ensure activities are conducted as per programme, safely and efficiently. This role reports to the rig superintendent and has the Night Supervisor and Rig Site Drilling Logistics Coordinator reporting to it. The majority of work conducted on site is by third party personnel, thus the Well Site Manager must be adept at driving performance though contract personnel. | Skills | Necessary Qualifications: • Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Engineering • Considerable experience in Drilling and Completions Operations • Floating Operations experience • Jack Up experience is desirable • Demonstrated leadership, business and interpersonal skills | ||
