| Description | Basic Function: Working as a team member in VICO’s Coal Bed Methane (CBM) Project Team to: • Lead the commercial negotiations and coordinate all related commercial information on VICO’s CBM project. • Prepare comprehensive commercial proposals on the feasibility of the CBM Project and PSC terms. Specific Primary Duties: - Lead economic and commercial analysis of the CBM reserves in VICO’s Sanga-Sanga block. - Study the market potential of CBM derivative products, both for local and international markets’, in coordination with the competent Commercial & Legal Departments. - Prepare favorable business proposal based on comprehensive commercial/economic analysis to convince and attract VICO’s stakeholders (IJV, BPMIGAS, MIGAS and other concerned parties) in supporting the development of this CBM Project. - Determine the main CBM PSC Terms and conditions. - Coordinate with Commercial & Legal Division to develop a marketing strategy to attract potential buyers of CBM derivative products. - Coordinate with Commercial & Legal Division in amending the existing East Kalimantan Agreements Arrangement, in accordance with the CBM strategy. - Provide necessary commercial assistance to Director CBM Business Development. | ||
| Skills | Education and Experience Requirements: • University Graduate in engineering, economy or finance. • Master Degree in Commercial/Economic/Marketing is preferable. • Essential to have a solid E&P background, preferable engineering. • Familiar with CBM field operations and PSC terms are advantageous. • Have more than 10 years experience in the industry with solid experience in commercial evaluation area. • Have good knowledge in Reserve and Economic Analysis. • Excellent communication skills in English. • Computer literacy including conversant in one of the most recognizable statistical software is an advantage. | ||
