| Description | Job purpose & Scope: Supervises and coordinates the provision of Fixed Wing, Helicopter movement and associated services to all COMPANY / other operating companies Contracted service company personnel, between Abu Dhabi and various locations such as Drilling Rigs Barges/offshore locations. Prepare daily statistics of operation and monthly statistical statement of back-charge services to third parties. Provide Administration support with daily Statistics for In, Out and Transit Personnel through Airport. Assist during emergency crisis / oil spills of all Company locations. Arrange for MEDEVAC / CASEVAC. Approves Timesheet and disposition of duties of subordinates, supervise maintenance at Airport Area such as Electrical, Civil works, Runway and Apron (Area Authority). Activities cover 300 Passengers daily from Abu Dhabi to / from Offshore by Fixed Wing and Helicopters, services are rendered to Company, Government Officials, Visitors, Educational Groups and VIPs. Airport Directions: -Exercise overall supervision over the Airport Operations activities. -Liaises with different sections to maintain the Airport facilities. -Coordinates with Police for Passengers check-in / out in the right time. -Coordinate with Administration & LGT-AUH for additional flights requires. -Coordinates for visiting flights. -Ensure maximum utilization of available seats to minimize the operation cost. Travel Services: Ensure the necessary land transportation is available at Abu Dhabi / Offshore for VIPs, Passengers, and Compassionate & MEDEVAC Cases. | ||
| Skills | Completion of secondary education (12 years), plus 3 years formal training in Civil Aviation. 10 years experience of similar air transportation services to an offshore location. | ||
| Remarks | The position is based on Offshore Abudhabi and this is a rotation job (4 weeks ON / 4 weeks OFF). Only those who are interested to work in a rotation offshore based position need only apply. | ||
