| Description | 1. Proficient in reviewing pre and post award contract documents for technical, commercial, legal and contractual conditions and preparing contracts and claims. 2. Administer contracts throughout execution till handing over of projects. 3. Excellent analytical, interpretational, communications and organization skills are must. 4. Knowledge of corporate law would be distinct advantage. | ||
| Skills | 1. B. Sc in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Chartered Quantity Surveyor from an accredited university preferably from UK. 2. Minimum 12 years experience of contracts administration / management in major construction companies, 3 years spent with chartered quantity surveying practice for project claims and closeout. | ||
