| Description | Roxar develops and supplies software for modelling, analysis and simultation of oil & gas reservoirs, and equipment for managing pressure and content in production pipelines. Roxar Software Solutions (RSS) is a Roxar division and a leading international developer and provider og software and associated services for reservoir characterisation, fluid flow simulation and production optimization. 180 employees work in the RSS division and the RSS has an annual turnover on 300 million NOK. Key Responsibilities - -Expand and retain the Customer base for existing products and services within the region -Identify and create new strategic markets and new major customers -Provide RSS executive management with market intelligence, pricing and trends -Responsible for processing tenders, proposals and quotations for customers -Liaise with Norwegian counterparts in marketing and sales -Budget and personnel responsibility | ||
| Skills | Education - Higher education in Economics and Business Administration or Technical Engineering Knowledge of geology or geophysics is a plus Experience can to some extent compensate for lack of higher eductaion Experience - A minimum of 5 years relevant experience Must have a proven track record in terms of mapping a substantial business unit within a larger Oil and Gas company or a larger Oil Service company Strong leadership with vision and commitment Experience or knowledge of Arabian culture and business Personal Characteristics - Analytical (Business Excellence attitude) Excellent communication skills Fluency in English Excellent collaboration skills Systematic | ||
