| Description | MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES Reports to HSE Superintendent. Identify HSE Training needs for all site personnel in consultation with other sections to develop training as per HSE Plan. Develops plan for safety talks, tool box talks and development of site HSE Procedure and guidelines. Develop Annual Training Plan for HSE subjects as per requirements. Communicate HSE policies, guidelines and standards to all staff through presentation. Plan, develop, coordinate and facilitate safety training requirements. Assist in planning, training and responding to emergency scenarios and situations. To develop HSE Training to contractors during shutdown. Develop HSE campaigns to ensure HSE culture is disseminated to all and considering of materials need for HSE campaigns. Some of the HSE training subjects are: HSE Induction (Focal point for Induction Programme) PTW Training including HIRA (Risk Assessment) H2S awareness Gas test First Aid HSEMS awareness (Health, Safety & Environment Management System) and posters. COSHH (Control of Substance Hazardous to Health) Emergency procedure (Bu Hasa Facility Response Plan) HSE cases and presentation of HSE subject. HSEIA (Health, Safety & Environment Impact Assessment) Waste management system Incident Reporting System and E-Learning. Fire Fighting and evacuation techniques. MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) as per site use. Presentation on HSE subjects and prepares HSE Bulletin / HSE Site News. To follow up the training program for UAE Nationals periodically. To follow up the training matrix periodically periodically and reports the progress to HSE superintendent. Ensure occupational health lecture to be conducted as per HSE plan. Ensure that all site staff in fully aware of H2S hazard by organizing presentations. To coordinate and monitor the plant HSE Management System program and provides specialist training and assessment on HSE aspects to plant departments. To participate on HSE sub committee meeting with contractors and concern sections. To develop video production (In-house video). To enforce the implementation of Gasco Health, Safety and Environment Management System (HSEMS) and also promote awareness of its use among all division and department personnel. Identify and communicate personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements and train the employees to ensure that the PPE requirements are properly implemented and enforced. | ||
