| Description | A Leading International EPCM company based in Kuwait is on the look out for a QHSE Manager. | ||
| Skills | The ideal candidate should have a degree in engineering the candidate should be Western educated with 15 years of post graduate experience with minimum of 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas, refining and petrochemcial industries with minimum of 5 years experience in the simiar designation with good functional management, leadership and teambuilding skills with good QHSE awareness & Commitment The candidate having previous experience working with PMC companies will have added advantage. | ||
| Remarks | • £ 80,000 pa (Base Salary) • £ 8,000 pa (PMDP + TIP) • £ 18,000 pa (LA – KD 790/month x 12, accompanied) • Car for sole use with fuel allowance • Free schooling for 2 children (below 18 yrs of age, in Kuwait) • Mob/Demob tickets for himself + family (spouse, 2 children) • Settling-in allowance (approx £ 1080) • 42 working days leave pa, ie, approx 60 days in all (there have been holiday buy-back schemes on the project) | ||
