DescriptionA world leader in technologies and project management for the oil and gas industry is looking to recruit a Site Manager (Onshore).

The Site Manager is the person formally appointed to represent the Company in connection with all activities performed on construction jobsites. He is responsible for managing all site construction activities in accordance with technical, schedule and cost requirements.

He provides the Project Director with the necessary reporting documents. The Site Manager also ensures the correct application of HSE company policy, standards and procedures.

He is empowered to manage all the external relationships with local authorities about administrative and contractual matters. The Site Manager is moreover responsible to manage the relationship with Client’s field representatives in the jobsite.

He coordinates Construction Managers and staff personnel for planning, administration, organization and field personnel management.
He reports hierarchically to the head of Construction Department.

SkillsEngineering Degree
At least 6 years’ experience as Construction Manager in the Oil and Gas sector.
Preference will be given to candidates with field experience with leading Main Contractors
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
Strong leadership
Available to be relocated frequently in construction jobsites worldwide
