| Description | Largest Oil and Gas Group in Eastern Europe, with activities in the business segments of Exploration and Production, Refining and Petrochemicals, as well as Marketing, is on the look out for a Project Manager Field Redevelopment. • Leading the multi disciplinary project team. • Responsible for set up, mobilisation and management of the project team Responsible for the verification of the basis of design. • Responsible for project planning and budgeting (Schedule, milestones, cost estimations). • Assessment of project risks and mitigation planning. • Contributing to the business case and project approval procedure. • Responsible for the preparation and technical evaluation of tenders, make overall project recommendations. • Accountable for the technical verification , including operability& maintainability aspects of the FEED and EPCC contractor’s work. • Ensure that the necessary permits are obtained. • Responsible for management of the FEED Contractor and EPCC contractor. • Responsible for ensuring all aspects of the project comply with statutory HSE requirements and Corporate HSE policies and procedures. • Responsible for conducting a Project Safety Case. • Ensure that the FEED and EPCC contract are completed on schedule and budget. • Collaborate closely with the Petrom project owner. • Assure adequate coordination with other departments engaged in the project in particular Reservoir Management, Drilling and Gas Pipeline System Management. • Ensure the compliance of the project with Petrom’s investment and PM guidelines. | ||
| Skills | • MSc degree in petroleum, chemical/process , mechanical engineering or equivalent. • Min. of 15 years professional experience in the oil and gas industry. • Min. of 10 years experience in project management, engineering, construction and/ or operations of oil and gas gathering and processing facilities. • Experience in Brown – Field Development projects of advantage. • Fluent in English, working knowledge of Romanian or German is of advantage. • Excellent team leading skills, verbal and written skills are mandatory. • Excellent social skills and cultural awareness. • Computer literate in all standard office software (word, excel, ms project…). | ||
