| Description | Largest Oil and Gas Group in Eastern Europe, with activities in the business segments of Exploration and Production, Refining and Petrochemicals, as well as Marketing, is on the look out for a Project Cost Engineer. • Contribute to project feasibility study development of cost estimates for all project based activities. • Generate project cash flow profile for economic evaluation process. • Through cost risk analysis techniques, determine risks and project budget confidence levels. • Recommend project controls, budget and associated contingency • Participate in commercial evaluations of project proposal during tendering process • Support Project Manager to understand/monitor and manage project cost control and reporting • Implement total cost/investment controlling and management systems and ensure compliance to standard. Project Management and investment controlling procedures with respect to cost monitoring, control and reporting. • Responsible for post contract award activities, including verification of invoices, processing allocation of costs, payments and assessing change order costs for agreement. • Contribute to project proposals / project execution plans, including pricing and cash flows. • Provide reconciliation and issue monthly cost report to Project Managers for their respective projects. | ||
| Skills | • Educational requirement: University degree. • Work experience in Oil & Gas Development for 5-10 years • Working knowledge of cost management, financial analysis, management information, performance management, and financial reporting and control. • Good working knowledge of the English language. | ||
