| Description | Largest Oil and Gas Group in Eastern Europe, with activities in the business segments of Exploration and Production, Refining and Petrochemicals, as well as Marketing, is on the look out for a Project Controller. Planning, evaluation and subject matter expertise duties: • Develop, update and control Project Schedules covering all phases of a project. • Develop, update and control cost plan/expenditure plan. • Analyze variations (e.g. schedule, cost) and recommended appropriate measures to Project/Programme Managers. • Support project manager to manage and monitor project cost & schedule controls resource requirement and their optimal utilization. • Contribute to Development of Project Execution Plans. • Ensure compliance to Project Execution Plan and Change Management procedure. Highlight any deviations to aforesaid procedures. • Review, monitor and comment on contractor's schedules, resource plans and progress reports. • Contribute/participate in risk analysis work shops to determine risks and project budget/schedule confidence levels. • Support Project Managers in developing tender documents related to Project Controls, Project Execution Plans and Project Schedules and participate in tender evaluation as required. • Ensure compliance to standard Project Management & Investment controlling Procedures with respect to cost/schedule monitoring, project control and reporting. • Participate in the further development of project controls. | ||
| Skills | Candidate Profile: • Educational requirement:University degree in Engineering. • Work experience of 5 or more years in Project Management related field preferably in Oil & Gas sector. • Working experience in Project Scheduling, Cost Controlling and reporting. • Good IT skills and knowledge of MS Office Package and PM Tools. • Good knowledge of the English language. • Good interpersonal skills. | ||
