DescriptionLargest Oil and Gas Group in Eastern Europe, with activities in the business segments of Exploration and Production, Refining and Petrochemicals, as well as Marketing, is on the look out for an Electric & Instrumentation Engineer for Cogeneration.

• Support the Project Department and project teams with regards to cogeneration topics.
• Participate in project technical reviews, assessments and audits, perform and Supervise technical studies, reports and memos.
• Provide engineering knowledge and specific expertise during all project phases from pre-feasibility to commissioning & start up technical assessment of key engineering documents.
• Recommend cogeneration solutions to facilitate project implementation as per scope of work definition and preparation of tender docs, perform bid reviews, Provide technical support during contract negotiations.
• Advisory role to all project managers
Provide expertise to all cogeneration topics.
Skills• Educational requirements: BSc (Diploma Engineer) in Electrical/Electronic/Automation engineering.
• Good knowledge of relevant standards, norms and regulations.
• Experienced in conceptual design studies, FEED, detailed design.
• Design and/or Commissioning and/or Operations experience in co-generation.
• Knowledge of the local environment and operations is an advantage.
• IT knowledge and experience in relevant engineering software applications.
• Experience in project management, construction management.
• Networking and communication skills
• Minimum of 5 years experience, preferably in oil and gas industry.
