| Description | Largest Oil and Gas Group in Eastern Europe, with activities in the business segments of Exploration and Production, Refining and Petrochemicals, as well as Marketing, is on the look out for a Mechanical Thermic Engineer (Co-generation Projects). • Analyse existing mechanical facilities in Petrom E&P and proposes - mechanical improvements. • Analyse existing thermal and heating equipment in Petrom E&P and proposes improvements. • Control if the mechanical facilities respect the ISCIR requirements. • Recommend changes (if necessary) that are in alignment with appropriate codes and standards. • Participate in project technical reviews, assessments and audits. • Provide engineering knowledge and expertise during all project phases from pre-feasibility to commissioning & start up. • Review and revise standards, philosophies and specification in the field of expertise under the guidance of the Lead Engineer. • Perform technical studies and specific audits, reports and memos. • Contribute in engineering studies and development of process design specifications for new and revamped process facilities. • Recommend solutions to technical queries and requested exceptions Develop strategies and specifications for common Surface Engineering issues in E&P. • Scope of work definition & preparation of tender docs, perform bid reviews. • Basic knowledge of project management. | ||
| Skills | • Educational requirements: Engineering Diploma in Mechanical or similar. • Minimum of 5 years experience preferably in oil and gas industry. • Good knowledge of relevant standards, norms and regulations. • Experienced in conceptual design studies, FEED, detailed design • Commissioning and operations experience in upstream oil and gas is an advantage. • Knowledge of the local environment and operations is an advantage. • IT knowledge and experience in relevant engineering software applications. • Experience in project management, construction management. • Languages minimum requirement: English (speaking Romanian is an advantage). • Networking and communication skills. • ISCIR authorization for vessels pressure test. | ||
