• Growth opportunity in an expanding company
• Perth-based role
• Excellent remuneration

AGR Asia Pacific is currently embarking on an exciting period of sustained growth and development. Critical to our long-term success is for us to identify a new Subsea Manager to lead and manage all technical and commercial aspects of projects run from our Perth office. Reporting to the General Manager Subsea Services, you will manage and monitor all activities related to subsea field developments, commissioning, operations, maintenance and well intervention procedures. Another of your key focuses will be to drive and support our company’s business development activities in the Asia Pacific subsea market. Further, you will function as the key interface between AGR and our Western Australian clients for all matters relating to the management of their projects.
SkillsYou will be tertiary qualified in a relevant engineering discipline and bring a significant level of experience in a similar service engineering/subsea installation & development role. More specifically, you have in-depth knowledge of subsea hardware, procurement, testing, subsea trees, manifolds, umbilicals, flowlines, subsea/topside interfaces, offshore field development and FPSO/platform operations and are able and willing to pass on this knowledge to others in order to contribute to the overall success of your area. Commercially astute, you recognise that the results you achieve in your role have a significant impact on the company’s strategic success and you will be enthusiastic about making a major contribution to this success. Your strong business development capabilities are complemented by your ability to work within budget and deadline-driven environments. Known as an excellent relationship manager who is able to positively influence peers, subordinates and clients on all levels, you will be eager to demonstrate safety leadership behaviours at all times and work within AGR’s Health, Safety and Environmental principles.
RemarksThis is an outstanding opportunity to join an organisation that is expected to grow at an unprecedented rate in the next three years and to exert a significant influence on the rate and direction of that growth. In return for your contribution, we offer an extremely attractive remuneration package as well as a multitude of professional development opportunities, both in Australia and overseas.
