| Description | 1. To prepare and pursue/issue for approval all types and classes of Contracts. 2. Administer contracts with consultant and contractors and support the functions that are the responsibility of the Procurement/Contract Manager. 3. Interpretation of contract terms to the CM and the contractor. 4. Meetings with the contractors. 5. Assigned activities and scope of work is carried out in line with PMC policies & procedures. 6. PMC reputation is enhanced by demonstrating commitment to raising HSE standards and proposing new initiatives or improvements to enhance HSE performance. 7. Responsible for pre-award activities including bids preparation. 8. Processing queries from bidders. 9. Preparation of bid evaluation programmers, evaluation of bids, negotiation and award of contract preparation. 10. Responsible for post-award activities including conducting kick-off meetings, coordinate all contract submittals and correspondence, preparation and process of adjustment orders, clams and close out. 11. Review project studies & proposals. 12. Provide HSE input on tender evaluations. 13. Other duties as assigned. | ||
| Skills | 1. BSc Degree with 10 years total experience 5 years Oil & Gas, Power, or Energy Sector. 2. Western Educated Candidates Preferred. 3. 5 years experience in the designation. 4 . Self motivated and able to clearly communicate to PMC and contractors at all levels. | ||
