Excellent compensation and benefits await you! POSITION DESCRIPTION Candidate will work as a senior reliability coordinator in the Reliability Unit in Ras Tanura Refinery. The candidate will be responsible for assessing the refinery equipment and work processes reliability and monitoring the implementation of all reliability improvement plans. In addition, he will have the following duties: ● Provides technical guidance for reliability & maintenance data by assessing SAP data history for accuracy and compliance with reliability best practices. ● Identifies reliability data collection processes to sustain KPI's consistency. ● Endures that equipment are performing effectively and efficiently (current vs. design speed and capacity). ● Establishes and monitors programs for critical equipment analysis and condition monitoring. ● Establishes, in conjunction with maintenance engineers, maintenance programs for critical equipment. ● Lead teams to handles and finds solution to equipment chronicle problems. ● Serves as the focal point for monitoring KPI's for maintenance and operation management teams. ● Assists in new installations design and any design changes within the facility. ● Coordinates closely with counterpart in-house organization (production engineers and planners, design engineers, etc.). ● Analyzes equipment operating data and evaluates equipment overall effectiveness. ● Reviews yearly business plan with planners & engineers to identify T&I hours requirements. ● Evaluates plant and equipment unscheduled downtime proportions. ● Identifies reliability improvement opportunities. ● Develops reliability strategies to monitor plants equipment performance according to business targets. ● Links plants high level performance picture to maintenance performance and equipment performance (downtime and performance breakdown structure). ● Promotes and sustains reliability and maintenance program integration. ● Promotes reliability best practices integration to plant operations. ● Promotes and implements reliability & maintenance projects (TPM, RCM, CBM, ODR etc) ● Develops metrics for quality assessment and control. ● Develops and calculates reliability metrics (MTBF, MTTR, failure rate,.ect). ● Coordinates identifying plant critical assets according to production targets. ● Updates equipment criticality list according to production business plan changes and targets. ● Coordinates critical spare parts reviews. ● Develops proactive RCA and FMECA analysis for critical equipment. ● Leads and facilitates failure investigation for critical equipment, generates reports, actions logs and follow-up in their closure. ● Monitors worldwide reliability and maintenance best practices concepts, techniques and tools (magazines, conferences, books, etc.). ● Develops learning logs from critical failures investigation and implements them for other equipment. ● Generates monthly bad actors report and follows-up in gap closure. ● Organizes reliability day to promote reliability practices, benefit and results. ● Performs cost/benefits analysis for technical solutions. | ||
| Skills | MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: ● BS in Mechanical Engineering, minimum of 10 years of experience in Refining and Petrochemical, preferably in a hydrocracker plant. ● Extensive knowledge about various plant equipment maintenance and inspection requirements. Knowledge and experience utilizing software such as CASAP,PRIMIVERA and Microsoft Project software.
