| Description | A dynamic high energy leading independent exploration and production company in the Middle East is on the look out for a Chief Reservoir Engineer. Duties and Responsibilities: • Functional leader for their discipline in Company. • Responsible for training, recruitment, introduction and universal use of required engineering software applications throughout Company. • Setting and ensuring compliance of required reservoir engineering standards. • Providing technical guidance to regional teams and participating in major projects as required. • Providing technical support to the Acquisitions and Divestments group and participating in data rooms as required. • Review and audit of the yearly Company reserves updates and ensuring reserves meet the required regulatory requirements. | ||
| Skills | • Bachelors Degree in relevant Engineering field or equivalent. • Minimum of 10 – 15 years relevant experience. • Experience in the Middle East preferred but not essential. • Considerable experience and hands on working knowledge in reservoir simulation (preferably using Eclipse) is essential. • Experience in field development planning essential. | ||
