| Description | 1. Carry out planned maintenance activities for Instruments, Final Control Element. Capable of handling all types of Process Control Instruments, Transmitters, Control Valves, On-Off valves, etc. 2. Should have the expertise to trouble shoot problems in Instrument Loop. 3. Handling plant emergencies related to Instrument system and rectification thereof. 4. Working independently in rotating shift as and when required by Company for Maintenance of Instrument systems. 5. To calibrate, Maintain Instruments and work according to Permit Systems in the Plant. 6. To update the log books after completion of jobs and update other records as required by supervisors 7. Since the Plant is under construction stage now, work with Contractor for all Construction, Pre-commissioning & Commissioning activities of Instrument section for the first one year or so till plant becomes operational. 8. Work on all Preventive and Shutdown Maintenance of Instruments. | ||
| Skills | 1. Diploma / ITI with minimum 3 years ( 5 years for ITI) working experience after Diploma in Instrument Maintenance Section, preferably in Oil and Gas / Petrochemicals Industry. 2. Hands on experience of working on DCS , ESD, PLC and Compressor Controls is an added advantage. | ||
