| Description | 1. Carry out planned maintenance activities for Analyzers for the entire Aromatics Complex. 2. Should have expertise in trouble shooting problems of Analyzer. 3. Handling plant emergencies related to Analyzer system and rectification thereof 4. Working independently and take care of Analyzer Systems. 5. To calibrate, Maintain Analyzers like Gas Chromatographs, Oxygen/ Hydrogen / Moisture Analyzers, Raman Analyzer, Gas Detectors and other Process Plant Analyzers according to Permit Systems in the Plant. 6. To update the log books after completion of jobs and provide inputs to Supervisor on the Spares and Consumables required. 7. Since the Plant is under construction stage now, work with Contractor for all Construction, Pre-commissioning & Commissioning activities related to Analyzers for the first one year or so till plant becomes operational. 8. Work on all Preventive and Shutdown Maintenance of Analyzer System. | ||
| Skills | 1. Diploma with 3 to 5 years working experience in Analyzers, preferably in Instrument Area of Oil and Gas / Petrochemicals Industry. 2. Hands on experience of working on Raman Analyzer , Mass Spectrometer, DCS , PLC is an added advantage. | ||
