DescriptionOverall Purpose of the Job:
- To manage Region Learning and Development assurance system and develop competence assessment and training throughout the Region.
- Also to assist the business in personnel resource planning and utilisation.

Prinicipal Accountability:
- To maintain the Region Training and Competence Assurance System.
- Ensure all relevant personnel are inducted and working within the company's Training and Competence System.
- Deliver competence assessor training to key individuals in the Region.
- Focal point for all administration and communications relating to company's Training and Competence System.
- Develop and deliver training programmes to meet competence assurance requirements.
- Focal point for all external training providers.
- Drive improvement to meet Region, Country and department training targets.
- Act as the region competence focal point.
- Establish minimum training program for all new field personnel and ensure compliance to it in conjunction with Country Management.
- Monitor human resource utilisation in each country and work with Country Management to improve utilisation and ensure appropriate exposure and experience is given to trainees.
Skills- Understanding of the company's services and operations.
- Audit Training.
- Working knowledge and experience of Vocational Qualifications and the industry Standards of Competence and Training.
- Competence verifier qualification V1/V2.
- Excellent presentation and communications skills.
