BASIC FUNCTION:
Supervise the administration of each project in regard to accounting, cost control, procurement, project filing, documents and communication control in accordance with Company corporate policies, procedure and Project Execution and Control Plan (PECP). Position will require traveling intensively.

DUTIES:
1.Organize, establish, control and implement project specific procedures for the administration of a project including finance, procurement, document control, communication, accounting, logistic customs clearance, taxes.
2.Responsible to collect all cost associated to the project, monitor the budget and report financial result periodically.
3.Interface with other department, division, vendors, 3rd parties, contractors as required to fulfill the duties.
4.Reconcile the budget of the project with general ledger book – issue cash flow report.
5.Help to prepare Budget Project Authorization and cash flow.
6.Ensure that Company Corporate policies and project procedures are enforced at all the time, especially in regard to project expenditures.
7.Monitor shipyard, contractors and vendors contractual obligation. Keep record of outstanding issues.
8.Keep good control of project administrative documentation (PO, invoice, taxes, contract, approvals, procurement, and communication.)
9.Assist project manager to issue report.
10.Control and issue local Purchase Orders or contract to local services company, vendors and contractors in accordance with Company policies.
SkillsEDUCATION:
University degree and/or equivalent experience and training in project administration or accounting.

EXPERIENCE:
Extensive worldwide general business experience, which includes preferably minimum 5 years in accounting or procurement.

SKILLS:
This position is required to have good negotiation skills, to be precise and well organized in the work.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a good team spirit and be able to work in different environment. Must be able to relocate internationally.
