DescriptionRoles/Responsibilities:
• To maintain and improve reliability and availability of static equipment to allow maximum oil/gas production whilst keeping the effect to HSE.
• Maintain Instrument equipment in line with AU operating philosophies. Execute Instrument activities in line with 90 Day planning meeting/ Integrated Production Planning meetings.
• Manage, schedule, execute and report Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation maintenance and Project activities carried out on the designated location assets (oil and gas facilities), in order to ensure all Electrical Distribution and Transmission systems and Instrumentation and Control Systems are in good condition and high integrity for the customer satisfaction.
SkillsExperience in the following areas will be advantageous:
• Complete routine maintenance, fault diagnosis and corrective maintenance on all mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation & control systems to optimize availability.
• Updating and maintaining the maintenance management system.
• Safeguarding the availability of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control systems so that production targets are achieved.
• Ensuring fire & gas detection/protection systems are maintained for maximum reliability and availability.
• Ensuring all instrumentation located in hazardous areas has correct 'ex' rating for the correct hazardous zone and installed and maintained in accordance with current legislation.
• Ensure work programs and schedules are completed safely, efficiently effectively and within planned time scales and supporting documentation requirements.
• Act as a competent person, when required, in witnessing contractor tests on Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrument & Control systems and equipment.
• Perform all necessary servicing, condition monitoring, fault diagnosis and restorative maintenance duties and tasks safely, efficiently and effectively.
• Performing in an emergency role as defined by the Company Emergency Response Procedure Manual and Station Bill.

Required Qualifications / Experience:
• Have completed a recognized apprenticeship or training scheme.
• Hold diploma or equivalent.
• Have a good understanding and knowledge of fiscal oil and gas metering.
• Have previous experience in electrical & instrument maintenance support activities.
RemarksThis position will be on Secondment Basis to a major Oil & Gas Company.
