| Description | A Leading Property Developer is on the look out for a Legal Advisor to be based in Abu Dhabi. This includes: • Lead business planning process for the legal activities and ensure the proper implementation of the established policies and procedures. • Prepare and review all the legal contract texts in coordination with users or other Legal Consultants I n various countries., ensuring contract risk management and control. • Direct the conduct of all litigation in which the company may be involved, including suits, investigations and administrative proceedings. Recommends decision in judicial matters. • Provide legal consultation to various departments • Ensure compliance with statutory legal requirement and coordinate reporting of requisite information to relevant government authorities. • To act as a Board Secretary during BOD meetings. | ||
| Skills | The candidate should have a Degree in Law with 10 years related experience, 3 of which in a senior legal position. Should have previous experience working with International companies. Exposure to contracting management and negotiation and dispute management are essential. Excellent knowledge in both Arabic and English is a must. | ||
