Description A Leading Multinational Drilling Tools Service Provider Company is looking for Sales Manager for their expanding operation in Dubai and North Africa.

Job Purpose: To direct sales activities in the above mentioned countries in line with Company strategic goals and objectives and contributes to the general strategic objectives of the Company. To help to create and maintain a “world class” image for the Company in the oil technologies markets.

Duties:
• Fully comply with and exercise diligence in observing all QHSE standards specified by Executive Management
• Manage the process of implementation of business plan through Company approved agents
• Prepare and monitor sales annual forecasts and budgets in assigned territories
• Manage the interface with and sales performance of agents and sales representatives in the assigned territories
• Prepare and deliver, in a timely manner, all bid documents and responses to requests for information (RFI), requests for quotes (RFQ), requests for prices (RFP) or tenders
• Maintain record and manage the progress of all customer contracts in the assigned territories, coordinating the necessary steps to maintain customer business and loyalty
• Participate and help to coordinate a company brand establishment and general marketing plan in alignment with Company goals and objectives
• Network effectively and generate new business leads according to Business Development and Sales plan and ensure performance is in line with set targets
• Ensure rigorous feedback methods are developed for continuous review of quality and customer satisfaction in conjunction with Systems/QA/IT Manager
• Cooperate in full with all other organizational functions and Business Units in order to ensure Company growth according to the systems established by management
• Ensure any customer complaints are quickly and effectively resolved
• Liaise with management on new product development and supervision of tests and commercialization processes
• Present regular reports on sales and business development activities as agreed with management
• Participate in quarterly and annual budgeting processes
• Perform other work related duties as required

May act as assistant to VP Sales. Will provide administrative support to include compiling and editing staff notes from sales team for distribution, arranging travel and hotel accommodations, scheduling meetings and conference calls as well as other administrative duties, as assigned.
Skills Education/Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or in a related field.

Others: Excellent knowledge of global oil and gas manufacturing markets, good knowledge of MS Office.

Experience: 5 years experience in a managerial capacity in Marketing/Business Development/Sales and network development. Highly desirable is management experience acquired in a rapidly growing changing environment.
