| Description | 1. Responsibility for the procurement, planning, design, construction, administration and handover of the project including management of the Operating Companies (OpCo) involvement throughout the process. 2. The position is site based and is responsible to the Technical Manager for the Management of all activities of the construction contractor in the delivery of their contractual obligations. 3. The project Manager, with the support of specialist consultants, will be required to protect the commercial and reputation interests of company. | ||
| Skills | 1.Candidates who are having muti billion Dhirams Campus Development or Healthcare project experience would be preferred. 2. Engineering, Architectural or Project Management Degree. 3. Sound experience (min 10-15 yrs) as Project Manager and/or Program Manager during design and construction of multiple low to mid-rise facilities on a single site. 4. Middle East experience required. 5. BOOT / PPP experience a plus. 6. Education and/or Healthcare related project experience a plus. 7. Strong English language skills. | ||
