Description Job Overview:
1. Work within a team of geophysical technicians, aircraft engineers and pilots on an airborne geophysical field crew.
2. Acquire and process airborne gravity gradient data as well as complementary data sets.

Including:
- Operate, calibrate and when necessary; repair airborne acquisition instrumentation in the field.
- Undertake in-field quality control processing of gravity gradient, GPS, magnetometer and laser ranging data.
- Participate in the field acquisition projects as required including mobilization / demobilization, survey planning, client liaison, and liaison with the aircraft operator.
- Be an active part of a team developing equipment and methods for acquiring gravity gradient and complimentary data sets.
Skills • A BS degree in Geology or Geophysics or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of field experience on a land seismic or airborne geophysical operation.
• Self motivated individual with good problem solving ability.
• Able to work within a small multi-disciplinary team based at the crew location.
• Willing to travel and work in the field environment (6/3 week rotation).
• Knowledge of gravity and magnetometer instrumentation as well as their operation.
RemarksPosition with rotation schedule: 6 weeks On / 3 weeks Off
