Description• To implement Plant projects and minor changes following Company’s Management of Change (MOC) and Project Management procedures and ensure compliance with the Process Safety Management system (PSM).
• Promote Health, Environmental and Safety aspects to all Projects work for both for own staff and all contractors & vendor representatives in accordance with Company’s PSM, OSHA based HES system.
• Manage allocated projects hand over and upkeep of all technical documentation and verify the ‘as built’ status from Contractors upon completion of the construction projects and ongoing modification and plant change works.
• For allocated projects, manage the process of developing, preparing and compiling comprehensive and fully defined work scopes. Manage and monitor Contractor expenditures to ensure they are within budget.
• Responsible for management, realization and execution of allocated projects, including preparation of contracting strategies and implementation plans.
• Provide Equipment Technical Bid Evaluations and Vendor Recommendation
• Provide assistance and expert advice to Construction and Commissioning teams to guarantee a timely and safely start-up of the EG LNG facilities.
• Fully utilise the Electronic Data Management System (EDMS) (CIMAGE –FUSION system) for Engineering data and documents, ensuring compliance with the PSM, Process System Information (PSI).
• Assist in development of project and design support contracts for all projects and support work.
• Ensure adherence to the Project Quality Management systems and PSM requirements. Ensure Contractors’ adherence to the quality management system during all project phases by applying approved Contractor controlling procedures.
• Identify the developmental needs of staff. Coach and mentor them to improve their knowledge and skills.
• Assist in the training and development of Equatorial Guinean graduates and technicians in order to meet Nationalization targets.

Skills Qualified Engineer with minimum of 10 years experience in the oil, petrochemical or LNG industry, related to project engineering with increasing project size and responsibilities. Experience in managing a small-medium size department. Experience in dealing with various cultures and government representatives. Education, training and/or experience related to project engineering.
