| Description | Essential Job Duties: Work with a team of reservoir engineers, facility engineers, drilling engineers and other technical experts to optimize producing reservoirs, including designing, implementing, and post-appraising cost effective and economically successful workover and completion programs; performing economic evaluations of oilfield operations including risk analysis; identifying anomalies in production and injection; conducting periodic reviews with field operations and engineering personnel to optimize individual well performance, artificial lift surveillance; monitoring operations and equipment & systems performance & safety; providing engineering expertise on wells and infrastructure; providing technical expertise to business units; providing production engineering support to acquisition and business development activities; and undertaking peer reviews, troubleshooting, training, framing, special projects, consulting, business development projects, and new technologies. | ||
| Skills | Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in engineering. 2. Minimum 5 years production and operations engineering experience. 3. Proficient in all aspects of drilling, reservoir and producing operations. 4. Capacity to diagnose, measure, improve, and control the operation of an artificial lift systems including rod pump, gas lift, PCP and ESP's. 5. Ability to identify, develop, and execute profitable workover/completions projects. Additional Desired Qualifications: -Experience with artificial lift surveillance:. Lowis / WSM Frac / Perforations techniques. -Formation Stimulations. | ||
